Battlefield 3 Electronic Arts Carving Record Sales

Video game Battlefield 3 scored a phenomenal success in marketing initially. First person shooter (FPS) is carved the record as the fastest selling video game in the history of the manufacturer, Electronic Arts (EA).
 
EA announced Battlefield 3 sold 5 million copies in its first week of marketing. Platform game for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC this go on sale on October 25 and got great reviews from the analyst game.

"Based on internal estimates, Battlefield 3 sold 5 million units in its first week of global marketing, making it the fastest selling game in the history of EA," a statement from EA

Battlefield 3 was outselling some of the video game series that became a key franchise for EA. Like FIFA or Madden.

Fierce competitors Battlefield 4 will present shortly. What else could it Modern Warfare 3 is planned for release on November 8.
